As soon as you open your Kudzu account, you’ll have immediate access to your digital debit card, no activation required. Once you fund your account, your physical Kudzu card will arrive within 7-10 days, along with an activation code. You can activate your card in the Kudzu mobile app or online account center by navigating to the Card Services menu and following the prompts. You’ll complete a quick identity verification step, enter your activation code, and set up your secure 4-digit PIN. After that, your physical card is ready to use immediately anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted.

While your digital debit card is immediately available in the app once you open your account, your physical debit card will arrive within 7-10 calendar days after funding your account or requesting a replacement. If you need it sooner, you can request expedited shipping for a $20 fee by contacting Kudzu Customer Care at 1-855-751-0025. Kudzu+⁴ customers receive expedited shipping for their new debit card at no cost. Expedited cards typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
